Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using VERA. VERA is currently an early beta product, so features may change, break, or be removed.

1. Beta status

VERA is provided as an early beta. It may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccurate outputs, incomplete features, routing mistakes, or action mistakes.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. Users are responsible for keeping login information secure and for activity under their account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, attack, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; use VERA for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes; attempt to access other users’ data; submit malicious code or harmful content; or use VERA to assist with harmful activity.

4. AI output disclaimer

VERA may generate incorrect, incomplete, unexpected, or outdated information. Users should verify important outputs before relying on them.

5. No professional advice

VERA is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, academic, or other expert advice.

6. User content

Users are responsible for the content they submit. Do not submit information you do not have the right to use or information you do not want processed by VERA.

7. Service availability

VERA may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time, especially during beta.

8. Usage limits

VERA may use request limits, daily limits, waitlists, or access restrictions to manage cost, reliability, and abuse.

9. Payments

VERA is currently offered without paid subscriptions. If paid plans are introduced later, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be added before paid access is offered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as VERA changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
